The staff, led by Mr Selçuk Egri, went above and beyond to make our early arrival smooth, offering us a room to relax until ours was ready. the Deluxe Room was spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the location near shops and restaurants was ideal for exploring the vibrant neighborhood. The hotel's newness was a refreshing change in Istanbul, offering a great value for the quality and location it provides. the staff's excellent English and warm hospitality added to the overall experience, making us feel welcomed and at ease. the complementary dessert and soft drinks upon arrival were a lovely touch, setting the tone for a delightful stay. Gleam Collection Hotel is a true gem, exuding a sense of freshness and modernity. the rooms were impeccably equipped, and the surprise welcome gift was a thoughtful gesture. the on-site restaurant impressed with its delicious food, and the rich breakfast spread catered to all tastes. the central location near popular attractions made exploring the city a breeze, enhancing our overall experience. One of the standout aspects of this hotel was the incredible staff, particularly Mustafas Coskun and Ufolc, who were not only friendly but also incredibly professional and attentive to detail. Their excellent service set a high standard for hospitality in the industry. the central location, combined with the exceptional service and modern amenities, made our stay truly memorable.
